Gerson Lacdao

A subcontractor you don't have to manage

Full builds, ongoing management, one-off help, or something more specific like accessibility consulting or training. Here's how each one actually works.

Good fit if

  • You're an agency that values accessibility but doesn't have the capability to implement it in-house
  • You want a technical partner, not someone you have to check in on constantly
  • You've got clients who'd notice if their site broke, and you want that not to happen

Probably not a fit if

  • You're looking for the lowest possible hourly rate
  • You want to direct every technical decision yourself

The offers

Full builds

I design and build accessible WordPress sites from the ground up. Fixed price, scoped before we start, so you know what you're getting and what it costs before any work begins.

Fixed price

Ongoing management

Maintenance and hosting so your site, or your client's, keeps working the way it should. Retainer-based, predictable monthly cost, no surprise invoices.

Retainer

One-off help

Odd requests, fixes, and accessibility questions. Billed hourly, no retainer required. Send me the thing, I'll take a look, we'll figure it out from there.

Hourly, no retainer

Consultation and advisory

If your team wants to build accessibility capability internally, or just needs an expert set of eyes on a specific project, I'll work with you directly rather than taking the whole thing off your hands.

FAQ

Do you work with agencies outside the Philippines?

Yes, that's most of who I work with. US, EU, CA, AU, UK, remote is normal at this point, and time zone hasn't been a blocker for anyone I've worked with.

Can we sign an NDA?

Yes. Standard for anything sensitive.

Why isn't pricing listed anywhere?

Because it depends on real scope, and I'd rather give you an accurate number after a conversation than a misleading one up front.

What happens right after I submit the form?

I read it, then we get on a call. No sales sequence, no drip campaign.

Let's scope your project.
